First, by submitting a product review or other materials to us, you agree that such materials are submitted to us voluntarily without any confidential obligations, and are submitted for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by you. Classico^® sauces and its designees shall be entitled (but not obligated) to use your submitted materials for any purpose that Classico^® sauces and its designees deem appropriate in their sole discretion, without compensation to you.

Second, Classico^® sauces shall own all right, title and interest in any submitted materials (including any associated intellectual property rights), and you hereby assign such right, title and interest to Classico^® sauces without compensation to you. By submitting materials to us, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such rights to Classico^® sauces.

Finally, you agree neither to assert nor to cause or encourage others to assert against Classico^® sauces or its designees any claim based on misappropriation, infringement, confidential relationship, implied contract or otherwise arising out of any use by Classico^® sauces or its designees of any submitted materials.
